Hello there, fellow fragrance fanatics and literature lovers… We’re back (sort of)!
So whilst we haven’t posted any new reviews in over three months(!), our university workload is slowly starting to ease off a little and we should be writing very soon! In the meantime though, here’s a sneaky little preview pic of the reviews we’ll be posting when we finally put pen to paper…
The Sexiest Scent On The Planet Ever (IMHO) by 4160Tuesdays
Gemma’s been wearing this a lot recently… It’s like a big comforting creamy Milkybar scented cuddle – gorgeous.
The Fault in Our Stars by John Green
We keep seeing this book everywhere. It’s a non-soppy romance with a difference, and with the release of the film adaptation later this year, if you haven’t already read it then get yourself a copy asap.
Dior Homme by Dior
This was Kelly’s Christmas gift from Gemma and she instantly fell in love with it – it may even be her favourite fragrance ever. It’s unlike anything we’ve ever smelled before, and we can’t wait to share it with you.
Casino Royale by Ian Fleming
The first of the 007 novels, Casino Royale is a stylish spy thriller that left us wanting to read the whole Bond collection. The Vintage Books cover is a beautiful added bonus!
Finally a huge congratulations to ODOU magazine on winning a Jasmine Award! Neil Chapman’s article, Perfume Haters, picked up the Best Literary Award. Find out more about how to get hold of the first issue here.
